Overview

A comforting blend of 100% pure Orange, Mandarin, Geranium, Patchouli & Bergamot essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress including nervous tension, sleeplessness, headache, mild neuralgia & fatigue.

Directions

VAPORISATION: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

MASSAGE: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage
