Ingredients

CONTAINS:

Carmellose sodium, sodium chloride, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, purified water.

INGREDIENTS:

carmellose sodium 5 mg per 1 mL

Instructions

DOSAGE:

Instil 1 or 2 drops into each eye as needed or as directed.

Storage

STORAGE TEMPERATURE:

Store below 25oC.

Do not use:
- if allergic to any ingredients
- if solution changes colour or becomes cloudy
- if packaging shows evidence of tampering, is damaged, and/or the ampoule is damaged
- after the expiry date
Discontinue use of the product and consult a healthcare professional if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens.
May cause transient blurring of vision which may impair the ability to drive or operate machines, wait until vision has cleared before driving or using machinery.
To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not touch ampoule tip on any surface, and avoid direct contact with the eye.
