SWOFY X60 High Resolution Portable Music Player
We have upgraded the firmware for the following issues, please feel free to let us know if you need it.
- If you don't add numbers in front of songs' title. It will sort by default from letter A to Z in "Music" icon
- Folders are sorted by the time the file was created. So you need to drag folder one by one on to the X60 to list in order.
- All buttons are disabled when the screen locked, so you can avoid accidental touches when running, exersing etc.
- The maximum level of volume is 100 levels. Available to upgrade to have a max volume limit function.
- The sleep timer can set to the mode that it always keep the set value. Even if the player switches off after the sleep timer has expired.
- If you have other needs that need to be upgraded the firmware, please feel free to let us know and we will try our best to help you.

Q: Why this player does not support Bluetooth?
A: In order to ensure the sound quality of the music, this MP3 only supports audio line output, not Bluetooth.
Q: What types of headphones should I use for a better sound quality?
A: The output impedance of headphone is (min 8Ω~ max 60Ω). Basically it’ no problem within a 32Ωheadphone.
Q: Why this device cannot read ID3 tags V2?
A: Both ID3 V2.3 & V2.4 are supported on this device. Please make sure the song itself contains this information first. The cover art pixels are under 600 X 600.
Q: How to play just one song
A: Follow these steps: Play settings > Shuffle Off > Repeat > Repeat 1. Now it will only loop one song again and again.
Q: When output to external speaker, why the volume is lower than the headphones?
