Bushmills 10 Year Old Vino Dulce Reserve Single Malt Irish Whiskey, a unique and complex expression. This edition was matured for a decade, first in bourbon and sherry casks, followed by finishing in sweet wine casks (Vino Dulce).

    Nose:    Spicy, caramelized and woody with aromas of jammy fruit, primarily orange.

    Taste:    Black cherries, plums, roasted nuts and caramel.

    Finish:   Long, spicy, tangy, caramelized, woody finish. 

Bushmills distillery is located in Bushmills, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, owned by Proximo Spirits. Born in 1608, Bushmills is considered the oldest licenced distillery in the world. Along the north coast of Ireland, where arctic storms rage against the jagged cliffs, Bushmills is named for the mills that made the barley and the River Bush, which remains the water source to cut their whiskey to proof today. For over 400 years, Bushmills continues to distil malted barley and is the only Irish distillery still using malted barley in all its whiskeys.
