Skull & Barrel’s Second Edition Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel / Barrel Strength. This is our second barrel selection chosen by the team at Skull & Barrel, bottled in April 2025 at 62.5% ABV. This is an aromatic and surprisingly smooth whiskey, with notes of sweet brown sugar that give way to rich toasted oak and hints of dark spice.
Only 252 bottles released.

Each barrel is hand-selected by the Master Distiller for its unique character and flavour profile, representing less than 1% of the whiskey at the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The barrels selected typically come from the upper floors of the barrel house because the barrels experience more of a temperature variation, allowing for more interaction between the whiskey and the barrel wood. This gives the whisky inside a deeper amber colour and more variable flavour, giving each barrel its own flavour profile.

Each bottle of the Jack Daniel's Skull & Barrel Edition 2 comes with 2 skull whisky glasses and a wooden box shaped as half a barrel. Each box is engraved with individual numbers.
