Part of the Cellar Collection from Angel’s Envy, this is Volume 5, a Straight Rye Whiskey finished in French oak extra Añejo tequila barrels​, released in 2025.
This limited release was aged up to 7 years before being finished for up to 12 months in French Oak Extra Añejo barrels. The final touch: a blend with an 11 Year Old rye, resulting in a refined, rich whiskey full of exceptional depth.
The packaging honours the rare fusion of rye and tequila, embellished with the symbol of the agave. A sleek glass bottle with foil accents, housed in an elegant green and gold box.

    Nose:    Floral and fruit-forward. Toasty vanilla, with a subtle clove smokiness.

    Taste:    Baking spices and cracked pepper, tempered by herbal agave syrup. Earthy tobacco and brown sugar.

    Finish:    Soft and balanced, with orange blossom honey, tropical fruits, and a French oak finish.
