Part of the Timeless Series from Bowmore, this is 27 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky release, a masterpiece crafted to celebrate the elusive wonder of time.
Bowmore 27 Year Old has been matured in sherry and ex-bourbon casks for 15 years before being carefully moved into first-fill Oloroso butts for a further 12 and was bottled at cask strength.
Each bottle of the Bowmore Timeless 27 Year Old is presented in an exquisite hourglass-shaped black box. Included in the box, is an hourglass, serving as a reminder to savour and enjoy the whisky’s aroma for the recommended three minutes.
Only 3,000 bottles released.

    Nose:    Sweet, spicy, with dried fruits, honey, fruity dark sherry, spices, nuts and hint of leather.

    Taste:    Warm, soft, fruity, with dark honey and sherry, baking spices, subtle wood notes, a little smoke and hint of salt.

    Finish:   Long, slightly fruity and spicy.
