Jura 21 Year Old -Tide, an amazing expression from the Island of Jura.
It was initially matured in American white oak ex bourbon barrels, before being finished in hand-selected virgin American white oak casks, giving it a sweet, fruity and nutty flavour.

    Nose:    Creme caramel, sweet fruit salad, ginger, desiccated coconut & marzipan.

    Taste:    Macaroon, gingerbread, frangipane, and white chocolate.

    Finish:   Matured in American white oak ex bourbon barrels and finished in hand-selected virgin American white oak casks.
