Doorlys XO Fine Old Rum is a premium authentic Barbados rum, made from selected aged rums that undergo a second aging in casks previously used for aging Spanish Oloroso sherry for a rich, round, complex palate.

    Nose:    Chocolate, cocoa, fruits, jam, honey and nuts.

    Taste:    Rich, fruity character, with notes of toffee, raisins, caramel and vanilla.

    Finish:   Long, lingering finish with caramel, spices, and dried fruits.
