This is Ichiro’s Malt & Grain Limited Edition Japanese Whisky, blended by Ichiro Akuto, founder of the Chichibu Distillery. He travels to find casks to perfect his blend in addition to his Chichibu Single Malt.
Nose: Coconut, light soft caramel barley, red berries, crushed blackberries, brown sugar.
Taste: Balanced and fruity, cotton candy, caramel, harlequin candy.
Finish: Long finish on coconut, candy, sugar.
