Part of the Discovery Series releases from Bardstown Bourbon Company, this is Serie #9. This release takes the spirit of discovery further, a blend of rare barrels of craft Georgia 8 Year Old bourbon, a 12 Year Old Kentucky bourbon, a 17 Year Old classic Tennessee bourbon and a touch of sweetness from Canada from a 12 Year Old Ontario bourbon.

    Nose:     A decadent bouquet of cocoa nib, plum, and cedar box is highlighted by lively orange peel.

    Taste:    Vanilla cream with cinnamon spice takes the lead on the palate.

    Finish:    Indulgent, sublime finish.
