This Double Cask of exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt from Sullivans Cove was matured in a combination of highest quality French oak Tawny and American oak bourbon casks. It was distilled in July 2008 and bottled in December 2019.
The result is a rich Single Malt with flavours and aromas of fruits, flowers, honey and soft oak.
Only 1,142 bottles released.
