Part of the distillery's extensive Causeway Collection from Bushmills, this triple distilled Single Malt is a 2021 Limited Edition release.
This whiskey was distilled on 5^th June 2008, matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, re-casked on 3^rd August 2018 and finished in French oak casks from the Jupilee forest before being bottled in 2021.

    Nose:    Herbs and spices, fruit compote, green and red apples, pears, apricots and plums.

    Taste:    Spicy herbal and beer notes, ripe pears and ripe oranges.

    Finish:   Medium to long with a nice, light wood spice and herbs.
