The Cape Schanck Pinot Noir is a beautiful multi-regional blend, with all components contributing to the beguiling nature and fantastic structure of this wine. Pair with classic pinot noir food matches such as duck, but don’t be afraid to pair with roast lamb.
About the Winery

T’Gallant is nestled amongst the rolling hills of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. The story began in 1990 when T’Gallant championed the planting of Pinot Grigio vineyards in the region and became a pioneer of the variety in Australia.

Some considered the idea bold at the time, however almost 30 years on, T’Gallant is renowned for creating a range of expressions of the now immensely popular grape variety - from crisp and zingy Pinot Grigio styles, to the rich, aromatic and luscious Pinot Gris.

Today, the T’Gallant portfolio is full of fresh, food-friendly wines with distinctive personalities. Fruit driven Pinot Gris, Grigio and Noir, crisp Rosé, sparkling Moscato and Prosecco are just some of the favourites.
