The All-Terrain UHF Antenna twin pack is a new offering from GME, combining two of our most popular heavy-duty antenna options - the AE4705B and AW4704B, in a convenient all-in-one package.

Included in the AE4705BTP is the AE4705B, a 6.6dBi gain antenna, with a rugged, heavy-duty spring base - ideal for communication across flat, open terrain. For enhanced performance in built-up areas or mountainous terrain, simply unscrew the AE4705B antenna whip and replace it with the 2.1dBi gain AW4704B whip.

The AE4705BTP from GME is a 6.6dBi/medium-gain antenna, providing a more rounded, broader pattern than a high gain (8.1dBi) antenna or unity gain antenna (2.1dBi). Meaning the signal is less likely to be obstructed by obstacles such as buildings, trees or mountains. These factors make a medium gain antenna the best choice for those in suburban areas and the countryside.
