Overview

The SkyWatcher Dovetail Handle for Evolux series is a nice accessory for your Evolux Refractors OTA telescopes. It provides better handling when you are on the go and needs better mobility to carry your telescope and its designs allows to add accessories. It fits the Evolux models 62ED and 82ED, sold separately.

Evolux Series

The Evolux telescopes series are refractors with optical tube assembly (OTA) which offer great performance, using lens to gather and focus light. These refractor telescopes are rugged, thus after the initial alignment, their optical system is more resistant to misalignment than the reflector telescopes.

Evolux lens rarely need cleaning because the glass surface inside the tube is sealed from the atmosphere, and air currents and effects due to changing temperatures are eliminated, offering sharper and steadier images when compared to a reflector telescope of the same size.
