Overview
The Thronmax Mdrill Zone is a compact condenser microphone with an analog connection using a 3-pin XLR. It incorporates Thronmax's VERTIGAIN technology, which enhances fidelity by directing soundwaves vertically. This microphone has a cardioid pickup pattern, focusing on capturing audio from the front. With a 25mm capsule, it offers a frequency response range of 25 Hz to 20 kHz, making it suitable for recording vocals, acoustic guitars, and voiceovers. If necessary, you can utilize the high-pass filter to eliminate low-frequency rumble below 150 Hz. The Mdrill Zone requires 48V phantom power for operation and comes with a shock mount for added stability.
