Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a true icon of Australian wine. First produced in 1954, it has a reputation for ageing gracefully and displaying excellent varietal and regional characteristics. The wine is produced from only the top quality 20 to 25 percent of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit grown in our terra rossa vineyards.

Plush fruit up front, even and wide across the palate, but not overwhelming. Raspberry and plum are complimented by subtle fragrant oak at the back palate, leading to a clean fine finish.

Deep crimson with garnet edges and excellent clarity

Aroma:
Classic Cabernet aromatics of blackcurrant, mulberry and dried herbs, layered with subtle cedar, tobacco and earthy spice

Palate:
Medium to full-bodied with concentrated black fruit flavours, fine-grained tannins, and a seamless structure supported by refined oak; long and elegant finish

Cellaring:
Excellent cellaring potential; enjoy now or cellar confidently through 2035 for greater complexity and tertiary development
