Colour: Deep red in colour.

Aroma: Beautiful floral aromas with elegant berry fruits, spice and dried herbs

Palate: The palate is elegantly opulent with ripe fruits, great acidity, ample tannins and excellent length. Remarkably ageworthy. When opened in its youth, The Canyon Pinot Noir may take a little time in the glass to unveil the full depth of flavours and complexity.

Cellaring: Suggested cellaring window is up to ~2027+ for drinking at a peak moment for complexity. Early drinking is possible, but it will open up with a few years in bottle.
