Fresh, spicy Sauvignon Blanc from Chile's premier cool-clime region, the Casablanca Valley.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pungent herbaceous grassy scents intermix with gooseberry, citrus, asparagus and capsicum. Crunchy gooseberry and passionfruit flavours overlay a herbaceous grassy and subtle capsicum back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a lengthy herbaceous asparagus and capsicum infused aftertaste.

This wine pairs well with grilled chicken dishes, fish tacos, salads topped with mild cheeses, pan-fried fish and even sushi.
