A blend of early picked Grenache from two vineyards in Blewitt Springs, Nick and Helen Vrees and the Jericho family, this wine is basically a Grenache version of our Manic Monday Pinot Noir. Lots of whole bunch fermentation with 20% carbonic maceration. It has a stunningly pretty nose with ultra delicate red fruits and a long, linear finish. Drink with gusto!

Great with steak, grilled chicken as well as mature and hard cheese.
