Serving Temperature: 16-18 C

Decanting: A brief decanting period of 30 minutes to 1 hour is sufficient to allow the wine to open up and express its full range of aromas and flavours.

This wine will pair well with mature cheeses, roasted red meats, game meats, mushroom based dishes and rich tomato based pasta sauces.
