Pale straw colour in the glass, experience aromas of white peach and grapefruit along with a touch of smoke thanks to some french oak barrel fermentation. Enjoy generous stone fruit flavours on the palate accompanied by a soft, creamy texture thanks to extended lees stirring.

Serve with Barramundi or salmon. Roast chicken. Pork loin. Cream based pasta or risotto. Sweet potato gnocchi. Shellfish with butter sauces. Soft/medium cheeses.
