A refined 2018 vintage from Pertois?Moriset, produced as a Grand?Cru Blanc de Blancs in the village of Chouilly in the C te?des?Blancs, crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged for extended period on the lees.

Colour: Pale straw gold with subtle greenish reflections

Aroma: Lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, chalk and flint minerality

Palate: Fine persistent bubbles, crisp acidity, sleek orchard fruit, underlying saline?mineral backbone and a refined long finish

Cellaring: Best enjoyed from 2024 through to around 2034 for optimal complexity
