Appearance: Deep ruby red with purple hues.

Aroma: Rich and intense aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cherries, layered with sweet spices like vanilla, cocoa, and a touch of tobacco.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, offering luscious dark fruit flavours (black cherry, dried fig), balanced by soft tannins and a hint of sweetness. Well-rounded with a lingering, warm finish

Serving Temperature: 16 18 C

Decanting: Primitivo wines should be decanted for about an hour. This allows the wine to fully open up and reach its full potential.

This wine will pair well with beef and venison dishes, mushroom based dishes, rich tomato based pasta sauces and aged cheeses.
