This wine presents with a bright salmon coloured hue with scents of wild strawberry, redcurrant, blood orange, yellow rose, and French tarragon.

On the palate, it is savoury with a phenolic grip, fresh acidity, and a hint of cedar.

For optimal enjoyment, serve slightly chilled at 8 10 C. Ros is a very versatile wine which will pair nicely with light foods such as grilled prawns or scallops, chargrilled mediterranean vegetables, charcuterie, soft cheeses and fruity desserts.
