COLOUR: Dense plum red of good intensity, and colour cling on the swirl.

NOSE: Clean developing aromas of blackcurrant, dark chocolate with a light background of toast and sweet menthol.

PALATE: Clean full-bodied flavours of ripe forest berries and blackcurrants, supported by a moderate integral frame of small velvet tannins finishing with a soft cherry vapour.

FOOD PAIRING: Beef Cannelloni, roasted lamb chops and vegetables, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar and blue cheeses.
