Deep, crimson red in colour. The nose is classicCabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River. Freshvarietal notes of bright, berry fruits, dark berries andsea spray, this is followed with hints of chocolate andmocha, finishing with subtle spiced oak aromas.

The medium to full bodied palate shows cherry,boysenberry and satsuma plum notes leading toa fruit-sweet mid-palate of chocolate and mocha,finishing with soft alluring tannins. The wine is elegantand shows great length of flavour and balance.

Enjoy with Angus beef fillet topped with garlicpoached marron (what the locals refer to assteak and lake), or char-grilled kale with brownrice and onions.
