This is a red blend of 84% Shiraz and 16% Tempranillo. Medium deep red. Red fruit pastilles with dark cherry and perfumed violets lift up from glass with a touch of spice popping out. Soft, ripe blue and red berries follow on to the palate. Shiraz providing a bright mouthful of plush darker fruit, with Tempranillo chiming in with blueberry and red liquorice notes before offering providing a deliciously savoury tannin profile with lifted baking spices.

This wine will pair well with lasagne, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces, barbecue grilled-meats, smoky dishes, polenta, and dishes with corn as a major ingredient. Mexican food such as tacos, nachos, burritos, and Chile rellenos.
