Colour: Pale straw with silver hues and brilliant clarity

Aroma: Fresh and inviting with aromas of nashi pear, green apple and citrus blossom, complemented by subtle spice and a hint of honeydew melon

Palate: Light to medium-bodied with a smooth texture and vibrant acidity. Flavours of pear, white peach and lemon zest are well balanced, leading to a crisp, dry finish with a touch of spice and minerality

Cellaring: Best enjoyed young to capture its freshness and aromatic lift, though will drink well over the next 2 to 3 years
