Very pale in colour with green hues. Cherry blossom,nectarines and lychee aromas mingle with hints of classicPewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling. The palate shows greatintensity, length and finesse with a vibrancy of perfumedfruits such as guava and mandarin overlaid with a touchof white cherry, sorbet and clove. The wine is succulent,mouth-watering and will cellar well, slowly developinglayers of fresh toast and spice.
