Pale yellow straw in colour. Fresh and fragrant witharomas of native daisy, citrus zest, lychees and hints ofwhite nectarine. The palate is fresh with zippy, slateyacidity and textured complexity. Expressive flavours oflime zest, grapefruit pith and dried lavender. The naturalsweetness is balanced by refreshing acidity and a talcy,slightly savoury edge on the finish with lingering fruit.

Pair with oysters, prawns, grilled fish, sashimi and sushi. Green salads with lemon vinaigrette. Spicy or aromatic foods.
