A lifted and aromatic bouquet bursting with concentrated lime juice and kaffir lime zest. Underneath, notes of sweet cut grass mingle with delicate hints of spice. The palate is electric and precise. A smack of concentrated lime cordial hits the front palate, followed by a sweet-fruited mid-palate. The acidity is clean and focused giving a long and mouthwatering finish.
