After the popularity of our Pinot Grigio special bottling at 2018 Australian Tennis Open, we decided to add this bright and crisp wine to The Stag portfolio. We aim for a light and crisp Italian style Grigio , rather that the fuller bodied, heavier French Gris style. Food friendly and versatile.

Balanced, fresh and crisp. Fruit flavours of pear and citrus are complemented by almond meal textural elements. A lovely acid line trails throughout.

Colour:
Pale straw with green hues

Aroma:
Lifted notes of pear, green apple, lemon zest and a touch of white florals

Palate:
Crisp and zesty, with flavours of nashi pear, citrus and subtle spice. A dry, refreshing finish supported by fine acidity.

Enjoy young and fresh; ideal within 1 2 years of vintage
