Colour: Deep amber-brown with a copper rim and olive-green highlights a classic sign of extended cask aging.

Aroma: A beautifully evolved and complex nose, showcasing layers of dried figs, sultanas, and apricot preserves, along with notes of cigar box, toasted almond, fine oak, and subtle hints of vanilla, spice, and citrus peel.

Palate: Exceptionally smooth and elegant. A silky texture delivers rich flavours of caramel, roasted nuts, molasses, orange zest, and honey, lifted by a vibrant acidity that gives balance and freshness. Long, lingering finish with notes of spice, toffee, and dried fruit.

Cellaring: Fully mature and ready to drink now. No decanting necessary. Can remain fresh for several weeks after opening if well sealed and stored cool.
