Colour: Deep amber with coppery gold highlights and subtle green tinges on the rim, a hallmark of long cask aging.

Aroma: Profoundly complex and refined. Aromas of dried apricot, sultana, orange peel, and fig mingle with notes of walnut, marzipan, fine oak, vanilla, and hints of tobacco and exotic spice.

Palate: Silky, elegant, and impeccably balanced. Flavours of dried fruit, toffee, toasted almond, and citrus marmalade unfold across the palate, supported by a bright acidity that gives lift and precision. The finish is exceptionally long and resonant, with layers of spice, roasted nuts, and caramel.
