Intensely complex yet varietal Cabernet with lifted dark fruits of cassis, blackberry and blueberry integrated with nuances of spearmint , spice, mocha and cashew. On the palate the wine displays good acidity, exceptional fruit weight and structural velvety tannins. Cellaring: 7-15 years.

This wine will pair perfectly with Lamb backstrap with minted pea puree and Cabernet Jus. Grilled steaks. Aged cheeses. Barbecued meats or a hearty beef stew. Dark chocolate desserts or chocolate fondue. Serving temperature: 15-18 ?C
