Acidurin is used for the treatment of canine and feline urinary tract infections.

Acidurin tablets relieves the pain and discomfort dogs and cats suffer due to urinary tract infections.

The acidifiers in Acidurin help dissolve Magnesium Ammonium Phosphate crystals in the urine allowing easier bladder flow for your pet.

Direction of use

Dogs, cats. 20 mg/kg (1 tablet/5 kg bodyweight) twice daily or as directed by a veterinary surgeon.

Warnings and Safety Information

• Do not use in pregnancy; may result in fetal acidosis.
• Do not use in animals that are hypercalcaemic.
• Use with caution in concurrent sulphonamide therapy; may increase crystalluria.
• Use with caution in patients with evidence of myoglobinuria.
• Use with caution in patients with pulmonary insufficiency or cardiac oedema.
