A fusion of umeshu made with Nankobai ume from Oita and Japanese Black Tea from Shizuoka.
Sweet, tangy and delightfully bitter with notes of green anise, dried apricot, bergamot, cardamom and earthy botanicals. Serve neat, over ice, or long with soda. Sharp, tangy and sweet. Apricot jam, marzipan and black strap molasses licorice followed by earthy black tea spices, vanilla, orange zest and astringent green plum.
