Crafted by the historic Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery, founded in 1765, Yamazakura Umeshu Tarukoubai is a beautifully matured Japanese plum wine that combines traditional umeshu craftsmanship with whisky-inspired barrel ageing. Made using prized Takada plums and aged for more than five years before finishing in bourbon barrels, this luxurious expression delivers a refined balance of sweet plum richness, gentle acidity and warming oak spice.

The palate is smooth, layered and elegant, revealing notes of ripe plum, honey, caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with subtle hints of almond and bourbon warmth.
