Lark Devil’s Storm No. 183 Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is a bold and expressive release that reflects the untamed character of its island origin. Crafted by Lark Distillery, a pioneer of Australian whisky, this limited edition showcases a rich and layered profile shaped by careful cask selection and maturation. Aged in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks before being finished in American oak, it delivers a deep, indulgent flavour experience with impressive balance and complexity.

On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of stewed plums, wildflower honey and scorched citrus, supported by hints of roasted nuts and cacao. The palate is generous and full-bodied, revealing dark chocolate, ripe blackberries and caramelised orchard fruits, all interwoven with a gentle thread of soft peat smoke. The finish is long and warming, leaving lingering notes of seasoned oak, burnt maple sweetness and delicate spice.
