Jameson 12 Year Old Special Reserve 700ml

 Jameson 12 Year Old is a premium Irish blended whiskey, crafted using a higher proportion of pot still whiskey and matured for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. This longer maturation gives it noticeably more depth and richness compared to standard Jameson, with a more rounded and complex character.

On the nose, it opens with warm aromas of caramel, honey, toasted oak, and dried fruit, followed by subtle spice and soft citrus notes. The palate is smooth, creamy, and well-balanced, delivering layers of toffee, vanilla, malted grain, orchard fruits, and sherry sweetness, with gentle spice building underneath. The influence of sherry casks adds a rich, slightly fruity depth that lifts the profile beyond the core range. The finish is medium to long, soft and warming, with lingering oak, vanilla, and light spice.
