Rich, honest wines that showcase the regions in their most natural light. Pepperjack Sagiovese is a beautiful red in colour, with aromas of ripe plum, brambles and subtle oak characters. The palate shows fresh fruits of red cherry, cranberries with savoury chalky tannins which give length and finesse.
