Jack Daniel`s Monogram Tennessee Whiskey has only ever been produced three times. The first was in 1998, for a limited release to the Asian market, with a re-release in 2004, and the third was a limited release only available in the state of Tennessee in 2009.

Note : And now this 3rd version is the rarest of the lot, a Tennessee-only bottle released in 2009 with a black ribbed cap. Only a limited amount were made available in Tennessee and instantly sold out.
