Okayama Rice Shochu Wild Breeze is distilled
from Japanese Koji rice and aged in a mixture
of refill-shochu and virgin-oak barrels
resulting in a woody, rounded and mellow
profile. It comes packaged in Mino pottery
from the famous Mino Province in the Gifu
Prefecture.
