Yes. The PV1500 uses Pure Sine Wave AC output, which provides a smooth and stable power supply similar to a regular wall socket. This is well suited to sensitive electronics such as laptops, desktop PCs, and monitors.
Can I power devices while the PV1500 is charging?
You can continue to use outputs while charging, but there is one important exception. When charging via AC input, the AC output ports cannot be used and will stop supplying power to any AC-connected devices. USB and DC outputs can still be used as needed.
Is it safe to use indoors, like in a tent, caravan, or at home?
It is designed to be used without exhaust fumes or smells, making it suitable for indoor environments. Always keep the unit in a dry, ventilated area, avoid covering vents, and stop charging or powering devices if anything becomes unusually hot.
