Can I charge through a phone case?

Yes, in most cases. For reliable charging, keep your phone centred on the charging area and avoid thick cases or cases with metal parts. If charging is slow or keeps disconnecting, remove the case and try again.

What happens if the indicator light flashes or charging stops?

A flashing indicator can mean Foreign Object Detection has been triggered, usually by metal objects or a case accessory interfering with charging. Remove the case, clear any metal items, re-centre your device, and try again. Mild warmth is normal, but remove devices once fully charged to reduce heat build-up.
