Ingredients
Flaxseed, Rooibos Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Dandelion Root, Liquorice Root, Cacao Nibs, Fenugreek Seeds, and Rose Petals.

Organic ingredients are used when available.

Directions
Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3 grams) of the loose leaf tea to a strainer/infuser, then place into a cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled over ice.
Drink 1 cup in the evening, about 1 hour before bedtime.
