Ingredients
Burdock Root, Lemon Myrtle, Alfalfa, Peppermint, Liquorice Root, Nettle Leaf, Milk Thistle, Marigold Petals, and Orange Peel.

Directions
Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or over ice.
This tea may also be used as a herbal facial steam bath. Add one teaspoon to a bowl of steaming hot water. Steam for 10 minutes. Use with care.
Drink 1 to 3 cups daily, as required.
