• Heat the thumb strap in a microwave, then mould the insert to sit precisely along the thenar eminence crease for targeted support.
• Helps abduct and stabilise the first metacarpal to open the thumb web space while leaving fingers free for normal function.
• Ideal for thumb deformity and contractures from neurological conditions, median nerve injuries or arthritis, especially when the thumb is held against the palm.
• Plus sizes run larger - approximately half a size bigger in the hand and a full size larger in the thumb.
